Supporting Entrepreneurship
in Golden Mile
Choice Properties is a Corporate Charter signatory of the Inclusive Local Economic Opportunity (ILEO) initiative. Working with public, private and community partners, we support local entrepreneurs by helping create opportunities for business growth close to home.
As part of ILEO’s Storefront Starter Program, we partnered with United Way Greater Toronto to host a pop-up market that gave aspiring business owners the space and platform to launch their ideas at no cost.
Artist in
Residence Program
In collaboration with BlackNorth Initiative and The Daniels Corporation, our Artist in Residence Program supports emerging Black artists by providing studio space and opportunities to lead creative programming in our residential communities.
This residency brings vibrant arts experiences to residents while offering participating artists the room to expand their practice and connect with the community.
Accelerating
Accessibility
Choice Properties is a founding member of the Accelerating Accessibility Coalition, a national collaboration of real estate and accessibility leaders. Together, we work to make buildings and public spaces more inclusive, ensuring people can move through, use and enjoy the places where they live, work and gather.
Golf Classic
Charity Event
Choice Properties is hosting two golf tournaments, offering a day outdoors with good food, friendly competition and exciting prizes. Every dollar contributed by our sponsors directly supports community programs that advance local economic development and strengthen social connection. Together with our partners across Canada, we are creating meaningful and lasting impact.
